We invest approximately half of our assets in the long term. Due to the balance and diversification of the portfolio, we direct investments across various sectors. However, we primarily focus on real estate, energy, business with receivables and business opportunities.
An active approach to investing
We invest in projects with an active approach, where our goal is to correct and eliminate non-standard or purposeful steps of company management that have a negative effect on the functioning and management of these companies. Our goal is to achieve a significant positive change in the company’s strategy, structure or management and create added value for our investors.
Hedge fund with significant representation
AJ Investments also runs an investment hedge fund that has a presence in the CEE region. It makes its stock market investments mainly on the EU and US markets.

Thanks to our know-how and unique strategy, we can select attractive investment opportunities. We implement projects with the aim of achieving premium appreciation in the amount of tens of percent per year. We tailor our portfolio to the current market development.
